Rula
Fakhouri,
CEO
As a former Station Manager of a large domestic air carrier at Los Angeles International Airport and O’Hare Airport, as well as General Manager for an International Air Carrier at LAX and Security Coordinator for a number of IACs, Rula has over 30 years’ experience in the Aviation industry. Her background spans both domestic and international, passenger and cargo air carriers. In addition to being the Primary Security Coordinator for a number if Indirect Air carriers, she also is the Principle Security Coordinator for the nation’s first Certified Cargo Screening Facility.
Joe
McGlynn, President
Joe’s broad scope responsibilities included his past Chairmanship of a 48 airline member organization that manages the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX. He also served on the Board of Directors of that corporation. Additionally, he served as a board member of the Airport Security Consortium for Los Angeles International Airport and is the past Security Committee Chairman of the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
As former Director of Operations for an international airline, he has over 35 years of passenger and cargo experience. Since 1997 he has formulated dynamic and engaging training programs specializing in the Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program, the Model Security Program, and other regulatory programs reflecting the goals, objectives, and mission of today’s TSA.
